These terms apply to evolutionofyouofficial.com, our free library and downloads, our guides and our emails. By using the site or signing up, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or sign up.

1. Not medical or professional advice

Our soundscapes, binaural tracks, affirmations, guides and emails are for relaxation, focus and personal reflection only. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic or other professional advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Never stop or change a treatment because of anything you hear or read here. If you have a health concern, speak to your doctor.

2. No promised results

We don't promise any particular result from listening or reading, whether that's better sleep, focus, calm, healing or anything else. Everyone's experience is different, and some people notice nothing at all. Any descriptions of what a track is "for" describe the mood and the moment it was made for, not an outcome.

3. Listening safely

  • Keep the volume comfortable and low. Long listening at high volume can damage your hearing.
  • Don't listen while driving, operating machinery or doing anything that needs your full attention, especially to sleep, meditation and subliminal tracks.
  • If you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder or a hearing condition, check with a doctor before listening to binaural tracks or watching our videos.
  • Stop listening if you feel any discomfort, dizziness or headache.
  • Our 2-hour subliminal editions contain quietly spoken affirmations mixed beneath the music. The words of every affirmation are listed in the video description, so you always know what's in them.

4. Your downloads

The soundscapes, guides, images and videos are owned by Evolution Of You Official. When you download them, we give you a personal, non-commercial licence to listen to and read them on your own devices. You may not re-upload, share publicly, sell, sublicense or redistribute them; use them in your own videos, podcasts, apps or other content; or use them to train AI models. If you'd like to use our music for something else, ask us first.

5. AI-created content

Our visuals, music and voices are created with AI tools and directed, edited and finished by us.

6. Affiliate links and other shops

Some links on this site and in our emails are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Products in our store, other than our own downloads, are sold and shipped by their makers. Your purchase is with that seller, under their terms, and they are responsible for the product, delivery, returns and any claims they make about it. We describe products only and make no health claims about them.

7. Our emails

When you sign up you'll get the library, one short email a month and news of new soundscapes. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. You must be at least 16 to sign up. See our Privacy page for how we handle your email address.

8. The site as it is

We work hard to keep everything available and working, but we provide the site, downloads and guides "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we may change or remove them at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, Evolution Of You Official is not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of the site, our content or third-party products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that can't be limited.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
